Daniel Hertzberg is a businessman, an activist, a progressive, and an organizer with deep ties to the San Fernando Valley. A product of local Valley schools, Daniel Hertzberg comes from a family whose roots in our Valley communities go back three generations.
Daniel is running for the State Senate because he is deeply committed to fighting tirelessly for the working families of the San Fernando Valley, to create more family-sustaining jobs, ensure livable wages, build a strong and growing middle-class economy, fully fund public schools, combat the climate crisis, and guarantee healthcare for all.
ABOUT THE DISTRICT
California's newly drawn 20th State Senate District is in the center of the San Fernando Valley and encompasses the cities of Burbank and San Fernando.
This district also represents the diverse and dynamic communities of Arleta, Canoga Park, Lake Balboa, Lakeview Terrace, Mission Hills, North Hills, North Hollywood, Northridge, Pacoima, Panorama City, Reseda, Shadow Hills, Sun Valley, Sunland, Sylmar, Tujunga, Van Nuys, and Winnetka.
